Aurelie Gauthier

Aurelie is a Certified Integral Yoga Instructor, Yoga Trainer, and Accessible Yoga Ambassador. She believes that there is not one unique way to feel good in your body and attain serenity of mind. Some days a physical practice is what we need; other days, we’d rather sit still for a few minutes, repeat a mantra, or be of service – all can bring a feeling of calm and peace. As a member of the YAMA Foundation family, Aurelie is committed to bringing yoga to all with a gentle teaching style. In 2017, she discovered the healing power of sound vibrations, and has been playing and training with gongs and Tibetan singing bowls ever since.
