YAMA FOUNDATION’S COMMUNITY CLASSES

Individual and small group classes for children and youth with special needs and disabilities

Children with special needs are a valuable part of our community, but they face particular difficulty to be included in mainstream activities. Many children and YOUNG ADULTS in Hong Kong with learning difficulties or developmental disorders have limited access to wellbeing services. Yoga is a relevant form of therapy, proven to help enhance physical, social and emotional wellbeing children / youth of all ages and abilities.
