Here To Be: Launch Event

Lululemon & YAMA Foundation have partnered together for the Here To Be Initiative, bringing yoga, mindfulness and meditation to children and teens who face unique life challenges, academic and social pressures.

Saturday November 17th 2018 - 10am to 12pm

We are hosting a kid-friendly yoga workshop designed for children aged 9-12 years to teach them how to understand and recognise stress, and learn a range of mindfulness strategies to cope with challenges as they transition into teenage years.
